Eric Cracken

Attorney

Eric W. Cracken joined TorHoerman Law in March of 2019, to work alongside his friend and mentor, Jacob Plattenberger, in our Chicago office. Despite being the youngest member of our trial team, his unique experience and skill set has made him a competent and passionate advocate for those injured by the tortious acts of others.

At TorHoerman Law, Eric is a member of our trial team, which focuses in nationwide, complex litigations such as Diacetyl and Juul/E-Cigarettes, various product liability mass torts, and, catastrophic injury and death cases.  Eric specializes in litigation, discovery, and client acquisition.

During law school, Eric was granted a license to practice law under the Supreme Court of Illinois Rule 711.  This afforded him a rare opportunity to get courtroom experience and advocate for those in need.  Additionally, Eric attended several Trial Advocacy programs; including being 1 of 25 Americans selected to attend The University of Oxford in the United Kingdom to compete in several litigation “skills”.
